There is a new version of this plugin for MyBB 1.6.6+ here!

Name: Forum access restriction by gender
Description: With this plugin you can choose some subforums that can only be viewed by male members and others that can only be seen by female members. Settings for excempted groups and each gender.
Attention, genders have to be "Male" and "Female" and have to be stored in userfield 3.
Was made for gender separated subforums at Zaiendo.de
