Can't change language in admin area

Please help me . my boards http://www.komunitasblackberry.com/forum I can't change languange in admin area error " Before you can edit the language file, you must CHMOD the files in this language set so that the server has permission to write to them." . I have change chmod ini languange folder to 777 in cpanel . Please tell what wrong? thank

Please try to CHMOD them with 666, that should be better.
