Certain usergroups can only view contents of thread

Hey guys i have a VIP section, but i would like normal members to be able to view the names of the threads and stuff but have the content disabled, so they can see what they will get if they buy vip

There is a few ways you can do this, but for one i would suggest when you setup the new user group vip only allow read only.

Then with the links you have (Assuming) in the vip area, use the add on for hide links on reply, http://www.mybbaddons.com/board/thread-555.html obviously the normal registered members cant do this, only the vip will have the authority to reply to get the hidden content. Hope this one helps rather than editing some html instead.
