I don't see any postbit button at all there...

Usually javascript is getting executed and catches the URL, it works here but does not work for you, I wonder why...

Sorry, I just set the default theme as the default, so now you should see what I'm talking about. You (guests) were looking at a custom theme, where I had not done any manual updates for this plugin.

Also, can you specify all the updates needed in a custom theme, to make sure that this plugin's functionality is present?

The javascript at your page has a "syntax error" according to FireBug Console.

I don't know how this happened or what the reason for the error is, sorry.

I also still don't see any postbit button there for facebook.

The edited templates are "postbit", "showthread" and "member_profile".

Very strange that you cannot see the postbit button. I signed out, so I am viewing as a guest, and I can see it just fine -- please see attachment.

As for that publishing issue, it is so strange that my test site exhibits this behavior, but you have never seen it before. Thanks for trying to help though. Sad

Strange, the like button is not here for me. I don't see how it is vertically wrong on the screenshot though...

Now that really baffles me -- why it would show up for me but not for you, when we are both viewing as a guest? It's just a couple pixels higher than it should be, when you look at where the button next to it is placed. Since the other problem seems to not be fixable, I think I will go for Nayar's FBLIKE instead. It lacks the ability to publish something to FB page, but the ability to Like the posts or threads (not profile, but this is not critical), and have everything show up where it should (with ability to adjust height, if needed), is a very good start.
