I'm starting a website that this plugin will be perfect for. I'm using MyBB 1.4.8, A couple of things I would like to ask is how I change the width of the Random Quotes box if that is possible. Right now it goes across the width of the screen and then some which adds a slider bar at the bottom of the window. Also, it currently only shows up on the forum home page. Is there any way to get it to show up on every page of the forum as a footer?

Thank you in advance for your time and for all your work here.

sincerely,
MKoontz

Hello MKoontz,
I made a modified version of this plugin.
It should show up on all pages and it should have 80% of the forum's width.

Please try the attached file.

.php   random_quote_in_footer.php (Size: 2.02 KB / Downloads: 15)

Kind regards

Thank you for the file, it does what I need now. Big Grin

Another question, I don't know if this will be possible or not, but is it possible to make the text for the quotes appear in a different font? even if the person viewing the site doesn't have the font installed?

Thanks again,
Michael

You can of course set a span-tag arround it to have a different font.
If a person does not have the font installed it will see the default browser font instead.

You can use this plugin and just place the template changes inside your header template.
