Advertisement suite
#1
Name: Advertisement suite
Description: The advertisement suite plugin provides you various settings for displaying advertisement. You can display ads at 5 different places at your board: In profile, on index, at the beginning of a thread (showthread), in the footer or between posts.
You can set which groups shall not see the advertisement for each place.
You can hide the showthread and between post advertisement on certain forums (by ID).

New since version 1.1: Banner rotation function - enter multiple ad codes and seperate them with a | to display them randomly!

Version 1.3 fixes a typo that'll cause template errors. To upgrade, simply overwrite the old plugin file with the new one and reactivate the plugin or modify the template as described two posts later.

With downloading this plugin you agree with the [Image: external.png]license rules.

HTML for the advertiser between the posts:
Code:
You are not allowed to see code.
You'll have to adjust the path of the images!

There is an older version of this plugin for MyBB 1.4 [Image: external.png]here.

I cannot seem to get the ads between posts to work. When I installed the plugin I started to get errors viewing the threads. I tracked this down to the last line in the postbit template.
</table>{$post[]}{$post[]}{$post[]}{$post[]}{$post[]}
One I removed the {$post[]} entries I no longer received the errors. I believe the should be something between the []. Your help is appreciated.

This is a strange behaviour.

The correct code for this template should look like this:
Code:
You are not allowed to see code.

I'll release a fixed plugin file in a second but you can also simply modify the template yourself.

Simply put the downloaded file into /yourmybblocation/inc/plugins via FTP.
The plugin will now show up in the plugin section in your MyBB ACP.
