Did you allready find somebody who can do this for you?
Otherwise I'd give it a go...

Three points might be difficult:
- Use subdomain e.g: yourname.domain.tld
You'd need to do that with your domain somehow, I can only make it seo ready...
- custom crops?
- powered by ajax... partly only because I'm not that good in JS

so, how many % you can make this addon/plugin similar to deviantArt?

Well, I won't copy Deviant Art and I think that Deviant Art is so huge that you'd have to skip things that just make no sense to integrate into MyBB.
But I think I can fill your requested points (unless the ones mentioned before).

Yes, I can list all new popular images at the index page and make the footer with random images and list categories at sidebox.
Would you like to embedd a poll from MyBB or do you need a different poll system? (Both possible, don't worry).
I love creative commons and will gladly embedd them.
1 gallery / user or multiple galleries / user? (both possible, I just would like to know).

Do you want to use MyBB as the mainframe or shall I embedd MyBB into the system (Stand alone application with MyBB in the background as forum and user right management or the other way arround like my current galleries addon?).
Is important - for example do you want a new profile for all users or shall I just add the info to the MyBB profiles?

I do know Ajax a bit, I made a rating system two weeks ago for Zaiendo.de that uses Ajax but I'm not advanced enough to do for example file uploads.
