Hmmm, somehow I dont seem to be able to download v1.3. (Not a subscriber anymore?)
I'm having an issue with 1.2 when someone changes his password, it doesn't get updated in the wordpress db.

I'm not interested in free, however; I would like to know if WordPress Connect is going to work on my version of WordPress. I haven't installed MyBB yet as it is going to be a conversion from SMF and it is a large forum (1.5M posts) so I have to work my nerves up to it LOL

I also have a large WordPress site (over 2000 posts, but very few members) so I have some questions about the possible integration.

The integration is only for members. There are already members assigned to the WordPress as it is an established site as well as the SMF install. The WordPress member list is very small, only a handful of members (authors) that have been mandatory over the years.

How would this plugin/ WordPress connect handle the existing users and what kind of errors would we be looking at?

MyBB offers some really great features that our members are looking for and it seems to have a very friendly group of people working it. The largest issue I have found is that the extensions associated with it as not up to date. Can you shed some light on this?

I will happily become a site subscriber and even donate to the cause as I know how important it is to keep your projects up and running and that takes a little bit of funding. I would however like to know that what I need is going to work on the most current MyBB version and WordPress version.

Hello MotherNature,
the plugin will provide a single signon for MyBB (your current SMF users). The wordpress users should be re-registered into MyBB before using the plugin. Makre sure that your passwords and the default mybb login works for your users after SMF migration, otherwise the Wordpress Connect can not work.

The plugin should be working with MyBB 1.8.x, Wordpress 3.x, 4.x - the current versions are not tested but since this does use core functions which haven't been touched in recent updates I'm pretty sure it'll work flawlessly. Nobody reported something else yet.

Make sure that PHP Runkit extension is installed!

If there are any issues please let me know and I'll provide a fix if possible.

Best regards
