I setup a new database so I had different databse names:
1. _lyrics
2. _photo

In this case you will have to add a new folder, for example mysql2 and change the include in the header.php

I have test it for a while and am ready to give some comments.
First it takes me a while to get it work because there are some faults in the readme file.
You wrote:

This is not enough also the files that are in this directory needs to be chmod to 777 (755). So also the directory .images and .imagesthumbnails must have 777.

My other comment is that it won't work easy because of some redirection.
When you upload an image and forget to write a name or text you get te message: Please enter a description for the image!.
Why not put a go back button so you can start over again to make it complete. Or better put the add form for the photo under the text: Please enter a description for the image!.
This same means for when you add a new gallerie.

It also took me a while to see how to upload a photo, it was hard to find the text upload the photo. I think it better to add a button for uploading a photo.

I use the normal version (not the light) why is there a button from mybbaddons under it (I am paid member).

Why not open the photos a new window, that much easier.

Settings: why are there no settings?
- maximumum photosize in pixels
- maximum photosize in kbytes
- maximum allowed uploading for every member
- size thumbnail in pixels


Perhaps there is more but this is what I found last 4 hours.

Settings and a lot of the other stuff is done and comes with the new version which is written for MyBB 1.6

I hope you can do for me in 1.4 as paid member two things:
- remove that damned watermark from mybbadons (see attachment), some picture aren't that big, what means the watermark is bigger
- let the images open in a new window

I think watermark removement was allready posted in this thread.

Anyway, fix for both.
In index.php find:
