PM is out. We'll investigate this issue further at your forum to track it down.

EDIT: I published alternative version 2.0a of this plugin in the first post of this thread. In case you have the same error Mihu had, please use the alternative version of the plugin.

This sounds like a great plugin so I've just subscribed and got the lads to try and implement it into our forum but they are coming up with an error.

First issue was the Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Facebook\FacebookSDKException" error but v.2.0a fixed that.

The error we now receive when trying to access the forum is:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getLoginUrl() on null in /home/<domain_name>/public_html/support/inc/plugins/fbconnect.php on line 421

I'm guessing this may be something not setup correctly in the Facebook app? When creating the app I set the website url as the the correct forum link (tried both https and http) and entered both the secret and the app id. Also tried making the app public but unfortunately that didn't work, there's rather a lot of settings in there and I have no idea which ones need adjusting so any help you can give will be very much appreciated. Thanks Smile

Hi,
sorry I haven't seen your posting here.

Looks like something does not fit there, might be the app settings or the script itself. Could you please PM me your forum details so that I can have a look at the plugin?
